If ReportAssist is copied to the root of a network drive, eg: Z: then it will operate in Network mode.

In network mode all files are saved in a subfolder of the network drive called 'Documents\ReportAssist', this folder will be created if it doesn't exist.

It's important that the person using the program has R/W access to that folder.

If you want our update system to work then it's also important that the teacher has access to the root of that drive too. (It might be a good idea to have a network drive especially for ReportAssist)
