ReportAssist has two different ways to add pupil portraits. Layouts will have to have portrait components added to them in order for you to see portraits in reports.

=====Local portraits=====

The fastest way is to let ReportAssist 'know' where the portraits are locally. Local portraits are only visible whilst at school.

portraitsa2.png|2. Press the 'Pick local folder' button. Find the folder that contains your school portraits. The portraits should have the same filename as each pupils UPN number. If you choose a network drive that teachers have access to, then the teachers will also see the portraits.
portraitsa3.png|3. You should see the folder location discovered by using the 'Pick local folder' button. All the reports that you have portraits for in that folder should now display the portrait.

=====Uploaded portraits=====

The more time-consuming second way is to upload the portraits. Uploaded portraits take priority over local portraits.

To upload a portrait, simply drag the portrait file to one of the reports. It will be uploaded and allocated to the pupil that has that report.
