====Make sure file permissions are correctly set:====&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
In some circumstances, incorrect file permissions may lead to an issue that looks like a connection issue when it actually isn&amp;#039;t.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The user must have &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;full control&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039; and not just &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;read/write&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039; access to the location where ReportAssist stores its cache data.  You can find this location at the ReportAssist login screen by pressing &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;CTRL-D&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039; (hold the CTRL key then press D).&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
An easy way to check if this is the case is to copy the program to a memory stick and try the program from there.  If it works then it&amp;#039;s not a connection issue and is a file permissions issue.&lt;/div&gt;</summary>
